Shaheed Mohammad Hafiz Maulana Jasim Uddin was a Hafiz and worked in Uttara. He became a martyr during the movement. His last conversation with his wife was about getting the teacher’s number to pick up their daughter from school. Today, his young children go to their father’s grave, repeatedly searching for him, as the emptiness of his absence remains in their hearts. Martyr Emdadul Haque, son of Abdul Sobhan, was martyred during the movement in North Badda. On Friday night, while talking to his ailing mother, he mentioned, “If I don’t go to the doctor, we won’t meet again.” The next day, Saturday, he was martyred by police gunfire. Shaheed Arafat Hossain Akash – A courageous young man from Waiseikpur village, Sonaimuri Thana, Noakhali district. Son of Laily Begum, Akash was the eldest in his family. He was martyred after being shot while participating in the movement in front of Narayanganj Police Station. With the loss of Arafat Hossain Akash, his family is now struggling, as he was the main provider and source of strength for them. His sacrifice will remain a source of courage and determination in our struggle for justice.

Conspiracy Against the Sanctity of the July Movement A man named Mohammad Liton falsely claimed to be “injured” and submitted fake medical documents to the July Martyrs Memorial Foundation in an attempt to receive financial assistance. Upon investigation, it was revealed that he was not actually injured during the movement. The MIS report clearly showed date tampering and data distortion in the documents he submitted. This individual has a history of spreading misinformation against the July Martyrs Memorial Foundation and the interim government. On April 15, he again tried to incite unrest by provoking the injured members. However, the injured brothers, upon receiving accurate information, peacefully withdrew. Later that afternoon, this person returned and behaved inappropriately with Foundation officials, harassing the Head of Accounts. During questioning, he admitted that he was not injured and that a political party leader had helped him forge his identity. This incident is not just a case of fraud—it is a deep insult to the sacrifice of the martyrs and the injured. The July Martyrs Memorial Foundation is declaring a zero-tolerance policy against such conspiracies and misinformation. We urge everyone to remain alert—this Foundation stands on the blood and sacrifice of the wounded fighters and martyrs. There is no place here for fake claimants, corrupt individuals, or conspirators. The Foundation will take the highest legal action against them.
