২০২৪ সালের ২ অক্টোবর থেকে শুরু হওয়া “শহীদ পরিবারের পাশে বাংলাদেশ” কার্যক্রমের আওতায় শহীদ পরিবার ও গুরুতর আহত যোদ্ধাদের দ্রুত আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে বিকাশ ও ব্যাংক চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে অর্থ প্রেরণ করা হয়েছে। এ ছাড়াও ফাউন্ডেশনের অফিস থেকে সরাসরি চেক প্রদান করে তাদের পাশে থাকার প্রতিশ্রুতি রক্ষা করা হচ্ছে।

গুরুতর আহত যোদ্ধাদের প্রতি বিশেষ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে “জুলাই শহীদ স্মৃতি ফাউন্ডেশন” তাদের আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রদান নিশ্চিত করতে হাসপাতালে গিয়েও সহায়তা পৌঁছে দিচ্ছে। এই মানবিক উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে আহত যোদ্ধারা দ্রুত প্রয়োজনীয় সেবা পেতে সক্ষম হয়েছেন।

July Martyrs Memorial Foundation: A Beacon of Humanitarian Support for Martyrs’ Families

The July Martyrs Memorial Foundation is tirelessly working to uphold its commitment to support the families of martyrs and the injured fighters. They have successfully transferred financial aid to the families of martyrs at the divisional level.

Starting from October 2, 2024, under the program “Beside Martyrs’ Families in Bangladesh,” financial assistance has been swiftly provided to the families of martyrs and severely injured fighters through bKash and banking channels. In addition, the foundation’s office has been issuing direct checks to fulfill their promise of standing by these families.

Placing special emphasis on severely injured fighters, the July Martyrs Memorial Foundation ensures their financial support by visiting hospitals and providing assistance. Through this humanitarian initiative, injured fighters have been able to quickly receive the necessary services.

This program, which honors the martyrs and the injured with respect and dignity, will continue until all martyrs’ families and injured fighters receive their deserved honor and adequate support.

Through their relentless efforts, the July Martyrs Memorial Foundation has set a shining example of standing by martyrs’ families. This respect and empathy for the martyrs and the injured reflect the nation’s gratitude for their contributions.

জুলাই-আগস্টে ছাত্র জনতার গণঅভ্যুত্থানে জুলাই শহীদ স্মৃতি ফাউন্ডেশন থেকে শহীদ পরিবার ও আহত ব্যক্তিদের সহায়তায় মোট ৫৩.৬৪ কোটি টাকা ২৭২০ টি পরিবারকে বিতরণ করা হয়েছে। এর মধ্যে ৩৩.১৫ কোটি টাকা ৬৬৩ টি শহীদ পরিবারের মাঝে এবং ২০.৪৯ কোটি টাকা ২০৫৭ জন আহত ব্যক্তির মাঝে প্রদান করা হয়েছে।

In July-August, during the mass uprising of students and citizens, a total of 536.4 million taka was distributed to 2,720 families from the July Martyr Memorial Foundation for the assistance of martyr families and injured individuals. Of this, 331.5 million taka was provided to 663 martyr families and 204.9 million taka was given to 2,057 injured individuals.

In the presence of the July Shaheed Smrity Foundation and courtesy of the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development, and Cooperatives, winter blankets were distributed among the wounded fighters of the mass uprising in various hospitals of Dhaka. The distribution was led by the Chief Executive Officer of the July Shaheed Smrity Foundation, Mir Mahbubur Rahman Snigdho.

জুলাই-আগস্টে ছাত্র জনতার গণঅভ্যুত্থানে জুলাই শহীদ স্মৃতি ফাউন্ডেশন থেকে শহীদ পরিবার ও আহত ব্যক্তিদের সহায়তায় মোট ৫১.২০ কোটি টাকা ২৫৪০ টি পরিবারকে বিতরণ করা হয়েছে। এর মধ্যে ৩২.৩৫ কোটি টাকা ৬৪৭ টি শহীদ পরিবারের মাঝে এবং ১৮.৮৫ কোটি টাকা ১৮৯৩ জন আহত ব্যক্তির মাঝে প্রদান করা হয়েছে।

During the mass uprising of students and the public in July-August, the July Shaheed Smriti Foundation distributed a total of 512 million Bangladeshi Taka to 2,540 families to assist the families of martyrs and injured individuals. Out of this, 323.5 million Taka was provided to 647 martyr families and 188.5 million Taka was provided to 1,893 injured individuals.

কিছুদিন যাবৎ কতিপয় প্রতারকচক্র বিভিন্ন ভাবে আর্থিক প্রতারণার মতো ঘটনা ঘটাচ্ছে। জুলাই শহীদ স্মৃতি ফাউন্ডেশন শুধু ১৬০০০ নম্বর থেকে কল দিয়ে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য চেয়ে থাকে। ফাউন্ডেশনের নাম করে ফোন দিয়ে অথবা মন্ত্রণালয়ের নাম বলে কার্ডের ছবি বা পিন নাম্বার ব্যাংক একাউন্ট সংক্রান্ত কোন তথ্য জিজ্ঞেস করলে সেক্ষেত্রে কোন ধরনের তথ্য না দেওয়ার জন্য সকলকে সতর্ক করা হলো।
Recently, a group of fraudsters has been engaging in various forms of financial fraud. The July Shaheed Smriti Foundation only requests necessary information through calls from the number 16000. If someone calls claiming to be from the foundation or a ministry and asks for card images, PIN numbers, or any bank account-related information, everyone is warned not to provide any such information.

২০২৪ সালের ৩১ ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত July Shaheed Smrity Foundation এর সকল কার্যক্রম ও হিসাব আগামীকাল পহেলা জানুয়ারী ২০২৫ সকাল ১১টায় ফাউন্ডেশনের সামনে প্রেস ব্রিফিংয়ে তুলে ধরা হবে ৷

A press briefing will be held tomorrow, January 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM in front of the July Shaheed Smrity Foundation, where a comprehensive report on all the activities and financial accounts of the foundation up to December 31, 2024, will be presented.

The first day of the year is incredibly special for all of us. We have unique thoughts about this day, and we all wish to celebrate it with our family members, friends, and loved ones. For the July Shaheed Smriti Foundation, family does not only mean blood relations but also the families of those martyrs and injured fighters who gifted us a beautiful Bangladesh through their sacrifices. That is why we spent the first day of the new year with those who still carry the memories of those sacrifices.

May the new year bring new opportunities for all of us. However, those opportunities will only be meaningful when we stand beside our martyred and injured brothers and sisters. This is not just a responsibility but also an expression of our love for our family.

On behalf of the July Shaheed Smriti Foundation, on the night of December 31, 2024, financial assistance checks were distributed among injured fighters admitted to various hospitals and locations across Dhaka. Present during this initiative were the General Secretary of the July Shaheed Smriti Foundation, Mr. Md. Sargis Alam; the Chief Executive, Mr. Mir Mahbubur Rahman Snigdha; and the Advisor to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Mr. Nahid Islam.

জুলাই-আগস্টে ছাত্র জনতার গণঅভ্যুত্থানে জুলাই শহীদ স্মৃতি ফাউন্ডেশন থেকে শহীদ পরিবার ও আহত ব্যক্তিদের সহায়তায় মোট ৪৩,১৭৬,৬৯৩১ টাকা ২,০০৫টি পরিবারকে বিতরণ করা হয়েছে। এর মধ্যে ২৯,০৫০,০০০ টাকা ৫৮১টি শহীদ পরিবারের মাঝে এবং ১৪,১২৬,৬৯৩১ টাকা ১,৪২৪ জন আহত ব্যক্তির মাঝে প্রদান করা হয়েছে।

During the July-August mass uprising of students and citizens, the July Shaheed Smriti Foundation provided financial assistance totaling 43,176,6931 taka to 2,005 families. Among them, 29,050,000 taka was distributed to 581 Shaheed families, and 14,126,6931 taka was allocated to 1,424 injured individuals. This support honors the sacrifices of the Shaheed and aids the recovery of the injured.
