আজ শ্রদ্ধাভরে স্মরণ করছি বীর শহীদ জিল্লুর রহমান-কে — যিনি বৈষম্যবিরোধী ছাত্র আন্দোলনের এক সাহসী যোদ্ধা ছিলেন। দেশের স্বাধীনতা ও ন্যায়ের জন্য তাঁর দৃঢ় মানসিকতা প্রকাশ পেয়েছিল সেই কথায় — “আমি মিছিলে গেলে দেশটা স্বাধীন হবে।” ৪ আগস্ট সকালে তিনি গাবতলী ও পরে বগুড়ার সাতমাথায় মিছিলে অংশ নেন, যেখানে পুলিশের গুলিতে তিনি গুরুতর আহত হয়ে শহীদ হন। আজ তাঁর জন্মদিনে আমরা শ্রদ্ধা জানাই সেই মহান আত্মত্যাগকে, যিনি নিজের রক্ত দিয়ে লিখে গেছেন মুক্তির ইতিহাস। শুভ জন্মদিন, শহীদ জিল্লুর রহমান — আপনার ত্যাগ আমাদের ন্যায়ের লড়াইয়ে অনন্ত প্রেরণা হয়ে থাকবে।

Today, we honor and remember Shaheed Zillur Rahman, a brave participant in the anti-discrimination student movement. His unwavering dedication to justice and freedom shone through his powerful words — “If I join the procession, the country will be free.” On August 4, he joined rallies in Gabtoli and later in Bogura’s Satmatha, where he was shot by police and later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. On his birthday, we pay our deepest respects to his supreme sacrifice — the sacrifice that wrote a chapter of freedom with his own blood. Happy Birthday, Shaheed Zillur Rahman — your courage and ideals will forever inspire our fight for justice.

আমার ছেলে ৫ই আগস্টের বৈষম্যবিরোধী ছাত্র আন্দোলনের বিজয় মিছিলে পুলিশ এবং সন্ত্রাসী বাহিনীর গুলিতে আহত হলে তাকে এনাম মেডিকেল কলেজে নেওয়া হয় এবং পরবর্তীতে ডাক্তাররা তাকে মৃত ঘোষণা করে। আমার ছেলের স্বপ্ন ছিল একজন ভালো ডাক্তার হয়ে দেশের জনগণের সেবা করবে, গ্রামে গিয়ে গরীবদের বিনামূল্যে চিকিৎসা করবে।

He was taken to Enam Medical College, where doctors later declared him d*ead. আবু সাঈদ আমাদের আশার একটা প্রদীপ ছিল- যেই প্রদীপ জোর করে নিভিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে। ২৪ এর আন্দোলনে বেগম রোকেয়া বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের একজন সম্মুখসারির সমন্বয়ক হওয়ায় ওকে টার্গেট করে নির্মমভাবে গুলি করে শহীদ করা হয়। আবু সাঈদের এই আত্মত্যাগে অনুপ্রাণিত হয়ে হাজার হাজার মানুষ দেশের জন্য ঝাঁপিয়ে পড়ে নিজেদের জীবন বিলিয়ে দেয়।

During the Movement of ’24, as a leading coordinator of Begum Rokeya University, he was deliberately targeted and shot dead in cold blood. Inspired by Abu Sayeed’s supreme sacrifice, thousands rose up for the cause of the nation, dedicating and even giving their own lives.

আমার ছেলে জুলাই আন্দোলনের সময় ১৯শে জুলাই রংপুর সিটি কর্পোরেশনের সামনে কলা বিক্রি করা অবস্থায় পুলিশের গুলিতে শহীদ হয়।
আমার স্বামী মারা গেছে প্রায় ২২ বছর আগে। যেভাবেই হোক আমি আমার সন্তানদের নিয়ে কষ্ট করে জীবন চালিয়ে যাচ্ছিলাম।
কিন্তু ছেলেকে হারিয়ে এখন আমরা পুরোপুরি নিঃস্ব হয়ে পড়েছি।

আজ ২১ শে অক্টোবর ২০২৫, আমরা শ্রদ্ধাভরে স্মরণ করছি শহীদ মোঃ সবুজকে — যিনি দেশের প্রতি নিষ্ঠা ও সাহসিকতার নিদর্শন হয়ে চিরকাল আমাদের মনে বেঁচে থাকবেন।
৪ আগস্ট, সবুজ রিকশা চালানোর ফাঁকে বন্ধুদের সঙ্গে আন্দোলনে যোগ দিয়ে অন্যায়ের প্রমাণ সংগ্রহের উদ্দেশ্যে বিক্ষোভের ভিডিও ধারণ করছিলেন। কিন্তু সশস্ত্র বাহিনী নির্বিচারে নিরস্ত্র ছাত্রদের ওপর হামলা চালায়। সেই দিনই সবুজকেও প্রথমে গুলি করা হয় এবং পরে পিটিয়ে হত্যা করা হয়।
তার সাহস ও ত্যাগ আমাদের জন্য চিরকাল প্রেরণার উৎস।

Today, October 21, 2025, we solemnly remember Shaheed Md. Sobuj — whose dedication and courage for the country will forever live in our hearts.
On August 4, Sobuj, while driving his rickshaw, joined the protest with his friends and was documenting the demonstration to gather evidence of injustice. However, armed forces indiscriminately attacked unarmed students. On that day, Sobuj was first shot and then beaten to death.
His bravery and sacrifice remain a timeless source of inspiration for us all.

আজ ১৯ অক্টোবর ২০২৫ — জুলাই বীর শহীদ মোঃ সোহেলকে স্মরণের দিন।
শহীদ মোঃ সোহেল একজন সচেতন ছাত্র ছিলেন, যিনি চাকরিতে বৈষম্য ও কোটা ব্যবস্থার বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিবাদে অংশ নিতে ১৯ জুলাই রাস্তায় নামেন। পুলিশের গুলিতে তিনি গুরুতর আহত হন এবং পায়ে গুলি লাগে। প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসার পর তাকে পঙ্গু হাসপাতালে নেওয়া হয়, কিন্তু সঠিক চিকিৎসা পেতে পাঁচ ঘণ্টা অপেক্ষা করতে হয়। তীব্র রক্তক্ষরণে তার অবস্থার অবনতি হয় এবং ২০ জুলাই তাকে আইসিইউতে স্থানান্তর করা হয়। সেখানে সাত দিন মৃত্যুর সঙ্গে লড়াই করে তিনি ২৬ জুলাই মৃত্যুবরণ করেন।
আজকের এই দিনে আমরা শ্রদ্ধাভরে স্মরণ করছি জুলাই বীর শহীদ মোঃ সোহেলকে — যিনি অন্যায়ের বিরুদ্ধে দাঁড়িয়ে নিজের জীবন উৎসর্গ করে অমর হয়ে আছেন আমাদের হৃদয়ে।
On this day, October 19, 2025 — we remember July Hero Shaheed Md. Sohel.
Shaheed Md. Sohel was a conscious and active student who joined the protest on July 19 against discrimination and the quota system in government jobs. He was severely injured when police opened fire, and a bullet struck his leg. After initial treatment, he was taken to the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (Pangu Hospital), but had to wait five hours to receive proper medical care. Due to excessive bleeding, his condition deteriorated, and on July 20 he was shifted to the ICU. After fighting for his life for seven days, he passed away on July 26.
On this day, we pay our deepest respect to July Hero Shaheed Md. Sohel — who stood against injustice and became immortal in our hearts through his ultimate sacrifice.
