মোঃ নাসির ইসলাম ছিলেন এক সাহসী যোদ্ধা, যিনি তার জীবন দিয়ে বাংলাদেশে স্বাধীনতার একটি অমর ছাপ রেখে গেছেন। গাজিপুরের কোনাবাড়ির বাসিন্দা নাসির ইসলাম ছিলেন তামিরুল মিল্লাত মাদ্রাসার ছাত্র এবং তার মনোভাব ছিল দেশের স্বাধীনতার প্রতি অগাধ ভালোবাসা। জুলাই এর ফ্যাসিবাদ বিরোধী আন্দোলনে চলাকালে তিনি পুলিশের গুলিতে গুরুতর আহত হন। কুর্মিটোলা মেডিকেল হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যাওয়ার পথে তাঁর মৃত্যু হয়, তবে তাঁর আত্মত্যাগ দেশের ইতিহাসে অম্লান হয়ে থাকবে। নাসির ইসলামের আত্মবলিদান আজকের স্বাধীন বাংলাদেশের ভিত্তি গঠনে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রেখেছে। তাঁর সংগ্রাম ও ন্যায়ের প্রতি অবিচল মনোভাব আজও আমাদের প্রেরণা জোগায়। তাঁর হারানো যন্ত্রণা অপরিমেয় হলেও, আমরা তাঁর আদর্শে চলতে শিখি। তিনি আমাদের মধ্যে বেঁচে থাকবেন এক অবিচল প্রেরণার প্রতীক হিসেবে।

Mohammad Nasir Islam was a brave warrior who left an everlasting mark on Bangladesh’s struggle for independence with his life. A resident of Konabari, Gazipur, Nasir Islam was a student of Tamirul Millat Madrasa, and his heart was filled with a deep love for the country’s freedom. During the anti-fascist movement in July, he was severely wounded by police gunfire. He died on the way to Kurmitola Medical Hospital, but his sacrifice will remain etched in the history of the nation. Nasir Islam’s self-sacrifice played a significant role in shaping the foundation of today’s independent Bangladesh. His struggle and unwavering commitment to justice continue to inspire us today. Although the pain of his loss is immeasurable, we learn to walk in his ideals. He will live on among us as an enduring symbol of inspiration.
