জুলাই গণঅভ্যুত্থানে আহত জুলাই যোদ্ধা ও জুলাই শহীদ পরিবারদের আর্থিক পুনর্বাসন ও সামাজিক সুরক্ষার লক্ষ্যে কর্মসংস্থান ব্যাংক বিশেষ ঋণ সুবিধা চালু করেছে।
🔹 ঋণের উদ্দেশ্য:
শহীদ ও আহত পরিবারগুলোকে আর্থিকভাবে স্বাবলম্বী করে তোলা, কর্মসংস্থান তৈরি করা এবং তাদের সামাজিক নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা।
🔹 কে ঋণ নিতে পারবেন:
জুলাই বিপ্লবে আহত ব্যক্তি।
শহীদের পরিবার (পিতা/মাতা, স্বামী/স্ত্রী, ছেলে/মেয়ে, ভাই/বোন)।
আবেদনকারীর বাংলাদেশি নাগরিক হতে হবে এবং স্থানীয় এলাকায় স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে।
🔹 শর্তাবলি:
ঋণসীমা: সর্বোচ্চ ৫ লক্ষ টাকা।
ঋণের ধরন: টার্ম লোন।
ঋণের মেয়াদ: সর্বোচ্চ ৫ বছর।
সুদহার: ৮% (সরল সুদ)।
গ্যারান্টর: ১৮-৫০ বছর বয়সী স্থানীয় স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা, অথবা সরকারি/আধা সরকারি/স্বায়ত্তশাসিত প্রতিষ্ঠানের কর্মচারী।
🔹 বিশেষ নির্দেশনা:
নিয়মিত ঋণ পরিশোধ না হলে সর্বোচ্চ ১৬% হারে সুদ আরোপ করা হবে।
এই ঋণ গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে আহত ও শহীদ পরিবারগুলো ছোট ব্যবসা, দোকান, কর্মসংস্থান কিংবা অন্যান্য উদ্যোগ শুরু করতে পারবে।
👉 জুলাই যোদ্ধা ও জুলাই শহীদ পরিবারগুলোর জন্য এই উদ্যোগ শুধু অর্থনৈতিক সহায়তা নয়, বরং সম্মানজনক পুনর্বাসনের একটি কার্যকর পদক্ষেপ।

To ensure the rehabilitation and social security of families of martyrs and the injured from the July Uprising, Karmasangsthan Bank has introduced a special loan program.
🔹 Purpose of the Loan:
To make affected families financially independent, create employment opportunities, and strengthen their social security.
🔹 Who Can Apply:
Injured fighters of the July Uprising.
Families of martyrs (parents, spouse, children, brothers/sisters).
Applicants must be Bangladeshi citizens and permanent residents of their locality.
🔹 Loan Features:
Loan Limit: Up to BDT 5,00,000.
Loan Type: Term Loan.
Repayment Tenure: Up to 5 years.
Interest Rate: 8% (simple interest).
Guarantor: Must be a permanent local resident (age 18-50) or an employee of a government/semi-government/autonomous body.
🔹 Special Note:
Failure to repay on time may result in a maximum interest rate of 16%.
Families can use this loan to start businesses, shops, or self-employment initiatives for sustainable livelihood.

২৪ আগস্ট, বিকেএসপি — যুব ও ক্রীড়া মন্ত্রণালয়ের উদ্যোগে এবং বিকেএসপির আয়োজনে জুলাই শহীদ স্মৃতি ফাউন্ডেশনের আহত ছাত্রদের জন্য এক মাসব্যাপী বিশেষ ক্রীড়া প্রশিক্ষণ ক্যাম্পের সমাপনী ও সনদ প্রদান অনুষ্ঠান অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। আর্চারি, টেবিল টেনিস ও শ্যুটিং—এই তিনটি বিভাগে নির্বাচিত ১১ জন যোদ্ধা প্রশিক্ষণ শেষে আজ সনদ গ্রহণ করেন। বিকেএসপির মহাপরিচালক ব্রিগেডিয়ার জেনারেল মো. মুনীরুল ইসলাম তাদের সনদ প্রদান করেন। অনুষ্ঠানে জুলাই যোদ্ধারা তাদের সংগ্রামের স্মৃতি ও ভবিষ্যতের স্বপ্ন তুলে ধরেন। ফাউন্ডেশনের সাধারণ সম্পাদক শামসি আরা জামান বলেন, এই প্রশিক্ষণ আহত ছাত্রদের আত্মবিশ্বাস ফিরিয়ে এনেছে, যা তাদের সমাজে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হতে সহায়তা করবে। বিকেএসপির মহাপরিচালক জুলাই যোদ্ধাদের “বিকেএসপির অ্যাম্বাসেডর” আখ্যা দিয়ে জানান, তাদের সাহসিকতা নিয়মিত শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যেও নতুন মানসিকতা তৈরি করেছে। তিনি আশা প্রকাশ করেন, এই যোদ্ধারা ভবিষ্যতে আন্তর্জাতিক আসরে বাংলাদেশের সমাজ পরিবর্তনের গল্প তুলে ধরবে।

August 24, BKSP — The closing ceremony and certificate distribution of the one-month special sports training camp for injured students of the July uprising, organized by the Ministry of Youth & Sports and BKSP in association with July Shaheed Smrity Foundation, was held today. 11 selected participants trained in Archery, Table Tennis, and Shooting received their certificates from Brigadier General Md. Munirul Islam, Director General of BKSP. In their remarks, the July warriors reflected on their sacrifices and expressed confidence in building a stronger future through this training. Foundation Secretary General Shamsi Ara Jaman emphasized that the camp has restored the fighters’ confidence, enabling them to stand tall in society. The DG of BKSP hailed the July warriors as the “Ambassadors of BKSP”, adding that their resilience has inspired even the regular trainees. He hoped they will one day represent Bangladesh on global stages like the Paralympics and Special Olympics, carrying forward the story of sacrifice and social change.

জুলাই গণঅভ্যুত্থানে আহত যোদ্ধাদের মধ্যে প্রথম ধাপে ১২,০৪৩ জন এবং দ্বিতীয় ধাপে ১,৭৬৯ জনসহ মোট ১৩,৮১২ জনের তালিকা প্রকাশিত হয়েছে। কিন্তু এর মধ্যে এখনো ১,২৬৪ জন তাদের প্রোফাইল ছবি এমআইএস সফটওয়্যারে আপলোড করেননি, যার কারণে তাদের স্বাস্থ্য কার্ড তৈরি ও বিতরণে জটিলতা দেখা দিচ্ছে। আহত যোদ্ধাদের সঠিক তথ্যভাণ্ডার সংরক্ষণ, কল্যাণ ও পুনর্বাসন কার্যক্রম এগিয়ে নিতে সবার সহযোগিতা অত্যন্ত জরুরি। তাই যেসকল আহত যোদ্ধা তাদের প্রোফাইল ছবি এমআইএস সফটওয়্যারে আপলোড করেননি, তাদের দ্রুত ছবি আপলোড করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

In the July Uprising, a total of 13,812 injured freedom fighters have been listed—12,043 in the first phase and 1,769 in the second phase. However, 1,264 of them have not yet uploaded their profile photos in the MIS software, which is causing complications in printing and distributing their health cards. To ensure proper preservation of records, as well as smooth implementation of welfare and rehabilitation programs for the injured fighters, everyone’s cooperation is crucial. Therefore, all injured fighters who have not yet uploaded their profile photos are being requested to do so without delay.
