দেশের দুরবস্থা দেখে অন্যান্য সাধারণ মানুষের মতো আমার ভাইও আন্দোলনে অংশগ্রহণ করেন। ৫ই আগস্ট গাজীপুরে পুলিশ এবং সন্ত্রাসীদের হামলায় আমার ভাই সেখানেই শাহাদাত বরণ করেন। দেশে চলমান বিভিন্ন বৈষম্যের বিরুদ্ধে কথা বলতে গিয়ে, সেই বৈষম্যেরই শিকার হয়ে আমার ভাই আজ শহীদ।

Seeing the suffering of the country, my brother joined the movement just like countless ordinary people. On August 5th, during an attack by police and armed assailants in Gazipur, my brother embraced martyrdom. He stood up against the injustices plaguing the nation, and it was while resisting that very injustice that he became a martyr.
