ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ইনস্টিটিউট অব হেলথ ইকনমিক্স (IHE), বাংলাদেশ হেলথ ওয়াচ এবং সুইডিশ ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ডেভেলপমেন্ট কোঅপারেশন এজেন্সি (SIDA)-এর সহযোগিতায় ২০২৫ সালের ১৩ অক্টোবর ঢাকার সার্ডাপ অডিটোরিয়ামে “বৈষম্যবিরোধী ছাত্র আন্দোলনের আহতদের আর্থিক সহায়তা” শীর্ষক Dissemination Program অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন লেফটেন্যান্ট কর্নেল (অব.) কামাল আকবর, প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা এবং সামসি আরা, সাধারণ সম্পাদক, জুলাই শহীদ স্মৃতি ফাউন্ডেশনসহ বিশিষ্ট শিক্ষক ও অতিথিবৃন্দ। অংশগ্রহণকারীদের মধ্যে ছিলেন ড. সৈয়দ আবদুল হামিদ, ড. শফিউন নাহিন শিমুল, ড. আহমেদ মুশতাক রেজা চৌধুরী, ড. মোহাম্মদ আনোয়ার হোসেন, ড. মোস্তাফিজুর রহমান ও প্রফেসর ড. সায়েমা হক বিদিশা প্রমুখ। অনুষ্ঠানে জুলাই ২০২৪ সালের বৈষম্যবিরোধী ছাত্র আন্দোলনের আহতদের সহায়তা কার্যক্রমের অভিজ্ঞতা ও সাফল্য তুলে ধরা হয়, যা মানবিক সংহতি ও সামাজিক ন্যায়বিচারের প্রতি অঙ্গীকারকে আরও সুদৃঢ় করেছে।
The Institute of Health Economics (IHE), University of Dhaka, in collaboration with Bangladesh Health Watch and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), organized a Dissemination Program titled “Financial Support for the Injured Individuals from the Anti-discrimination Students Movement” on October 13, 2025, at the CIRDAP Auditorium, Dhaka. The event was graced by Lt. Col. (Retd.) Kamal Akbar, Chief Executive Officer, and Samsi Ara, General Secretary of the July Shaheed Smriti Foundation, along with distinguished academics and guests. Among the notable participants were Dr. Syed Abdul Hamid, Dr. Shafiun Nahin Shimul, Dr. Ahmed Mushtaque Raza Chowdhury, Dr. Mohammad Anwar Hossain, Dr. Mostafizur Rahman, and Professor Dr. Sayema Haque Bidisha. The program highlighted the journey and achievements of providing financial assistance to those injured during the July 2024 Anti-discrimination Students Movement, reaffirming solidarity and the ongoing commitment to social justice and humanitarian values.
