জুলাই গণঅভ্যুত্থানে আহত জুলাই যোদ্ধা ও জুলাই শহীদ পরিবারদের আর্থিক পুনর্বাসন ও সামাজিক সুরক্ষার লক্ষ্যে কর্মসংস্থান ব্যাংক বিশেষ ঋণ সুবিধা চালু করেছে।
🔹 ঋণের উদ্দেশ্য:
শহীদ ও আহত পরিবারগুলোকে আর্থিকভাবে স্বাবলম্বী করে তোলা, কর্মসংস্থান তৈরি করা এবং তাদের সামাজিক নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা।
🔹 কে ঋণ নিতে পারবেন:
জুলাই বিপ্লবে আহত ব্যক্তি।
শহীদের পরিবার (পিতা/মাতা, স্বামী/স্ত্রী, ছেলে/মেয়ে, ভাই/বোন)।
আবেদনকারীর বাংলাদেশি নাগরিক হতে হবে এবং স্থানীয় এলাকায় স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে।
🔹 শর্তাবলি:
ঋণসীমা: সর্বোচ্চ ৫ লক্ষ টাকা।
ঋণের ধরন: টার্ম লোন।
ঋণের মেয়াদ: সর্বোচ্চ ৫ বছর।
সুদহার: ৮% (সরল সুদ)।
গ্যারান্টর: ১৮-৫০ বছর বয়সী স্থানীয় স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা, অথবা সরকারি/আধা সরকারি/স্বায়ত্তশাসিত প্রতিষ্ঠানের কর্মচারী।
🔹 বিশেষ নির্দেশনা:
নিয়মিত ঋণ পরিশোধ না হলে সর্বোচ্চ ১৬% হারে সুদ আরোপ করা হবে।
এই ঋণ গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে আহত ও শহীদ পরিবারগুলো ছোট ব্যবসা, দোকান, কর্মসংস্থান কিংবা অন্যান্য উদ্যোগ শুরু করতে পারবে।

To ensure the rehabilitation and social security of families of martyrs and the injured from the July Uprising, Karmasangsthan Bank has introduced a special loan program.
🔹 Purpose of the Loan:
To make affected families financially independent, create employment opportunities, and strengthen their social security.
🔹 Who Can Apply:
Injured fighters of the July Uprising.
Families of martyrs (parents, spouse, children, brothers/sisters).
Applicants must be Bangladeshi citizens and permanent residents of their locality.
🔹 Loan Features:
Loan Limit: Up to BDT 5,00,000.
Loan Type: Term Loan.
Repayment Tenure: Up to 5 years.
Interest Rate: 8% (simple interest).
Guarantor: Must be a permanent local resident (age 18-50) or an employee of a government/semi-government/autonomous body.
🔹 Special Note:
Failure to repay on time may result in a maximum interest rate of 16%.
Families can use this loan to start businesses, shops, or self-employment initiatives for sustainable livelihood.
