MIS (Management Information System) ও গ্যাজেট লিস্টিং প্রক্রিয়া সম্পূর্ণভাবে স্বাস্থ্য মন্ত্রণালয়ের তত্ত্বাবধানে এবং প্রতিটি জেলার সিভিল সার্জনের কার্যালয়ের মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হয়। এই প্রক্রিয়ায় জুলাই শহীদ স্মৃতি ফাউন্ডেশনের কোনও ধরনের সম্পৃক্ততা নেই।
অতএব, MIS বা গ্যাজেট সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো তথ্য, সমস্যা বা আবেদনপত্রের জন্য আপনাদেরকে নিজ নিজ জেলার সিভিল সার্জনের কার্যালয়ে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
📢 Announcement Regarding MIS and Gazette Listing
The MIS (Management Information System) and Gazette listing process are conducted entirely under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and through the offices of Civil Surgeons in each district. The July Shaheed Smrity Foundation has no involvement whatsoever in this process.
Therefore, for any information, issues, or applications related to MIS or Gazette, you are requested to directly contact the Civil Surgeon office of your respective district.
