“আমার ভাই ইউসুফ ৫ই আগস্ট দেশের বৈষম্যের বিরুদ্ধে লড়াইয়ে পুলিশের গুলিতে শহীদ হয়। হাসপাতাল থেকে ফোন পাওয়ার পর আমরা লাশ নিয়ে গ্রামে দাফন করতে গেলেও তখন অনেক বাধা ও ঝামেলার মুখে পড়তে হয়। ইউসুফের স্ত্রী ও সন্তানদের ভবিষ্যৎ এখন অনিশ্চিত। আমরা শুধু প্রার্থনা করি—তার সন্তানরা যেন একদিন তাদের বাবার মতো সাহসী ও ন্যায়ের পক্ষে দাঁড়ানো মানুষ হয়ে উঠতে পারে।”

After receiving a call from the hospital, we faced many difficulties and obstacles while taking his body to the village for burial. Yusuf’s wife and children now face an uncertain future. We only pray that one day his children grow up to be as brave and righteous as their father.”
